Contact Cloverhound Cloud support to enable screen monitoring for your organization.
Cloverhound Screen Monitor allows you to capture agent screen activity during Webex Contact Center (WxCC) calls. The screen captures are automatically streamed to Cloverhound Cloud where it is easy to review them alongside audio call recordings and other data, allowing supervisors to gain a more complete understanding of agent interactions and workflows.
Setup Overview
Setting up Cloverhound Screen Monitor involves two main steps:

Configure the Agent Desktop Widget: Add the Screen Monitor widget to the desktop layout for each team that requires screen recording. See Screen Monitor WxCC Widget for detailed instructions.
