Introduction

The Omnichannel Strategy allows you to dictate the order and type of communication attempts for a given Dialer Campaign.

How Omnichannel Strategy Works

  1. The dialer campaign will attempt each step in order until an attempt either succeeds on a step or fails after all steps have been attempted.
  2. Cloverhound Cloud will record each attempt and the result of the attempt.
  3. The Omnichannel Strategy tab will only show up if Voice or Omnichannel is selected for the campaign's channel type.

Creating Omnichannel Strategy for a Dialer Campaign

  1. Navigate to your dialer campaign.
  2. Click on the Omnichannel Strategy tab.
  3. Click on Add Step.
  4. Fill in the form and click Create.
  5. You can change the order of the steps by clicking the up and down arrows next to each step.
