Introduction
The Omnichannel Strategy allows you to dictate the order and type of communication attempts for a given Dialer Campaign.
How Omnichannel Strategy Works
- The dialer campaign will attempt each step in order until an attempt either succeeds on a step or fails after all steps have been attempted.
- Cloverhound Cloud will record each attempt and the result of the attempt.
- The Omnichannel Strategy tab will only show up if Voice or Omnichannel is selected for the campaign's channel type.
Creating Omnichannel Strategy for a Dialer Campaign
- Navigate to your dialer campaign.
- Click on the Omnichannel Strategy tab.
- Click on Add Step.
- Fill in the form and click Create.
- You can change the order of the steps by clicking the up and down arrows next to each step.
